We recommend celebrating with your loved ones on Valentine's Day
(SRS needs to receive your donation no later than Monday, February 1, 2016.)

How it works:
Simply fill out your RSVP card and mail it to the address below or pay here online.
Honorees will receive a Valentine card notifying them of the donation made in their name.
Memorials will either be acknowledged in a Greeley Tribune ad on Sunday, February 14th,
or a card will be sent to loved ones of your choosing anywhere in the U.S.

*We respect your hard-earned donations. Hosting a non-event allows us to apply the highest possible percentage
of your contribution toward serving Weld County's aging population without the expenses incurred when hosting an event.
